Utilities Office Clerk, Full-time
Brief Description:
The Utilities Office Clerk performs customer service, billing, deposit, and collection
duties for utilities operations.
Qualifications:
• Customer service and bookkeeping experience.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and other data processing functions.
• Ability to comfortably work with computers and technology.
• Quick learner with initiative and strong problem-solving ability.
• Basic typing skills; Ability to operate a 10-key calculator or keypad; Ability to operate other various office equipment efficiently.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, department heads, vendors and the public.
Temporary Seasonal Workers, Part-time
The City of Lexington Recreation and Parks Departments are now taking Applications for Part-time summer Help. Positions fill fast and training begins in the spring, so get your application in right away! Applications will be accepted now through spring (but the sooner, the better). Positions available include:
- Lifeguard (age 15+)
- Pool Managers (age 18+)
- Park Maintenance (age 16+)
- Street Maintenance (age 16+)
- Concessions Worker (age 14+)
- Concessions Managers (age 18+)
- Lawn Mowers (age 18+)
