Election Day

This is the day for registered voters to exercise their privilege to vote.

Election Day refers to the day when general elections are held. In the United States, it’s always the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November on even-numbered years.

Citizens wanting to vote should make sure they are pre-registered through their County Election Office, which also sets the voting locations and times; and provides absentee and mail-in ballots.
